ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs):
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is 25 of the same
thermometers per order.
What is your lead-time for production?
Usually, it takes 14 - 21 days to
manufacture your order.
Do you accept returns? Since all
orders are customized according to your
specifications, we only replace defective
items or products that we have damaged. We
cannot accept returns for items that you no
longer need. All claims must be made within
14 days from receipt of the shipment.
Does your pricing include an imprint?
Yes. Our pricing includes a full color
imprint onto each thermometer.
Will you Drop Ship? Yes. We can
ship to the address you specify. If we have
to ship to multiple addresses, there is a
$10.00 charge for each additional shipment.
What are your payment terms? The
terms are prepaid. You can submit payment by
check, PayPal, VISA, MasterCard or American
Express (AMEX). If you prefer to pay by
credit card, please complete a Credit
Card Authorization Form and
fax it to us. All credit
card payments require this form. All your
information is kept private and secure. We
do not share your information with any other
company or person.
Do you accept orders from outside the
United States? Yes. We service the
needs of customers worldwide. Please email
us your shipping address for a freight
quote. You are responsible for all duty and
import fees. We can ship using your UPS
number or FedEx number. We do not ship using
our UPS number. Please contact UPS or your
freight carrier to determine the amount of
fees or duty charged by your country.
Do you accept telephone orders? No.
All orders should be submitted by fax, mail
or e-mail copy.
What forms of artwork do you accept?
Please refer to our Artwork Requirements
page. We accept .jpg, .eps and .pdf
formats. All artwork should be
high-resolution and at least 300 dpi. This
high-resolution artwork should have a print
width larger than the face of the
thermometer. We will reduce the size of the
artwork as necessary.
Will I see what my thermometer will look
like before I order? Yes, we offer
FREE Virtual Samples of your thermometer
design. The artwork is based upon the
specifications and colors that you provide.
Please indicate all colors by PMS color
number. We will e-mail the Virtual Sample to
you for approval prior to starting any
production.
Can I order a sample? Yes. We
can send you a random printed sample.
However, we cannot make just one sample for
your approval. When you place your order for
production, you can specify that one sample
should be made for approval prior to
commencing with production. However, we
cannot produce the sample until we have
received your complete order with payment.
Where is your warehouse located? We
ship from Ohio 45066. We use UPS ground
service for shipping.
How much does freight cost? We ship
using UPS and FedEx. Please provide your
shipping address for a freight quote. It
cost more to ship to a residence, so please
indicate if the address if residential or
commercial. We can also ship using your UPS
or FedEx number. |
